Civics near the old Newseum block
Why groups go
Civics trips often center on the National Archives. The Newseum closed in 2019; its old building is no longer a news museum. Groups that used to plan a 'Newseum day' now usually mean Archives, Portrait Gallery, or both.
We are not a tour operator for those buildings. We move the group.
Bus drop-off and loading
- List each building as its own stop with a time.
- Pennsylvania Avenue traffic can erase a short connection. Say which stop is the one you cannot miss.
Washington, DC and Prince George's, Charles, and Montgomery counties are the local area named on this site. Sending a request does not reserve a vehicle.
